Ensuring Excellence in Medical Device Quality Management Systems

WG strictly follows the guidelines & SOP provided as per the process defined for each ISO Certifications. This ensure high quality output and confidentiality of the documents.

WG uses the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

WG covers the essential processes for providing a translations service. It establishes and defines the translator, their technical resource and quality of service.

Its best-practice approach helps WG manage information security by addressing people and processes as well as technology.

This enable WG to follow quality management system while localizing medical devices related content.

WG provides requirements for the process of full, human post- editing of machine translation output and post-editors competences.

Our closed user group translation platform is scalable and allows multiple translators to work on the document. It works by segmenting your document into hundreds or thousands of text “strings”, depending on the length of the document. These strings are then only editable to the single translator who chooses to translate that single string. Each individual string is translated by a different linguist, thereby allowing multiple translators to work on the same document and deliver high quality. We maintain consistency and the context of the translation by having either a Single Proof Reader or a Single Reviewer/Editor model to ensure the cohesion of the entire document.

There are multiple steps involved in ensuring high level of quality in documents and the following steps are adhered to by White Globe Project Managers.

WG LANGUAGE EXPERT SELF-EDITING

Once we have translated your content-with the help of our Platform "Lang Tech", the language expert will fully inspect the work for accuracy to correct oversights such as untranslated text segments, language errors, missed instructions, or non-compliance with glossaries.

WG PROOF READER

The work from the translator is proof-read by anoth- er language expert for errors, omissions, compli- ance with glossary, compliance with style guide and context.

WG LANG TECH QA TOOL

The localized content is also analysed by our automated linguistic QA tool that is specially customized and config ured for each project. The translations are checked by this tool throughout the project-whenever its modified by a language expert, proof-reader or reviewer -to further ensure quality control.

WG REVIEW- THE KEY TO DELIVERING FINAL QUALITY

Our reviewers are language experts who are experts in reviewing bilingual content (source and target languages) within our platform. Depending on the project workflow or digital content, we recommend that the reviewers be given access to staging server to see translated content in context for the most complete and professional review.
By seeing sentences, headlines, and other text elements in their intended page and design layouts, our reviewers can fine tune translations at final quality levels to improve user experience.

The decision to apply for the ISO certificate was a way to document, formalise and improve the way we WG actually works. White Globe teams invested 18 months of time, during which the company implemented more than 150 physical, operational, and technical controls and underwent extensive audits by multiple experts.
